NEIGHBOURHOOD
Tucked into the quiet lakeside community of Windermere, Swansea Avenue puts you right where lake life and mountain adventure meet.

This is the kind of neighbourhood where mornings start slow. Coffee on the deck. A short stroll toward the water. Kids riding bikes down peaceful streets. It feels relaxed, residential, and removed from the rush — but you’re never far from what makes this area so special.

Just minutes away, you’ll find:

Windermere Lake access points and beaches

Copper Point Golf Club

Radium Hot Springs (a scenic 15–20 minute drive)

Invermere’s charming downtown with local cafés, restaurants, and boutiques

Panorama Mountain Resort for ski days in winter and hiking/biking in summer

In the warmer months, Lake Windermere becomes the heart of it all — boating, paddleboarding, swimming, and long golden evenings by the water. In winter, the lake transforms into the world’s longest skating trail, while nearby ski hills draw snow lovers from all over.

It’s a community that feels easy and welcoming — where you can spend the day exploring and still be home in time for sunset over the mountains.
