Trail & Tide sits in one of Invermere’s most easygoing and convenient spots — right beside Lake Windermere and just a short walk to James Chabot Beach, where kids can play in the sand, paddleboards drift by, and families spend long, slow afternoons in the sun. The community around Lake Windermere Pointe is welcoming and walkable, with cafes, ice cream shops, and casual eats close enough for a quick stroll after dinner. When you’re ready to explore more, the valley opens up in every direction: hiking trails, hot springs, golf courses, and mountain viewpoints all within a short drive. It’s a place where mornings start with fresh air, days spill into the outdoors, and evenings end with tired smiles and full hearts — a neighbourhood built for families who love to explore together.
