Aisling Baile Inc. (referred to as “Aisling Baile”) is committed to maintaining the confidentiality and security of your personal information. References to “we” and “Aisling Baile” do not include third-party owners or third parties involved in delivering services.
“Personal information” means information that can identify and/or contact you as an individual (e.g., full name, mailing address, email address, credit card number, phone number), as well as guest preferences and usage information supplied to or recorded by Aisling Baile in the course of business. This policy also applies to information about corporate customers collected through proposals and contractual arrangements.

- Identifiers such as name, email address, mailing address, phone number, and information from a driver’s license or passport.
- Reservation details and information provided during booking.
- Check-in information, including data collected from scanned IDs (e.g., licenses, passports).
- Information related to your use of a Unit.

- Technical information such as IP address, date/time of visit, and usage details.
- Device and internet information (hardware model, OS version, unique device identifiers, browser type, language, network information).
- Information provided when reporting a problem with a Unit or our Sites/services.
- Records and copies of your correspondence with us.
- Transaction details conducted through our Sites or services.
- Search queries made on or through our Sites or services.
How We Collect Your Personal Information
- When you make a reservation online, by phone, at an Aisling Baile property, or via a recognized partner.
- Through our guest portal screening process (for applicable channels).
- When you send information via a contact form (used solely to process your request).
- When you register for email newsletters.
- Through communications regarding service delivery (e.g., comment cards, email).
- Through participation in marketing initiatives (e.g., online contests).
How We Use Your Information
We use your information for the purposes described in this policy and when permitted by applicable law, including:
- Where necessary to perform a contract with you or to take steps at your request before entering into a contract.

- Providing Units, Sites, and related services and products you request.
- Sending notices about your reservation and managing guest services/requests during your stay.
- Operating and improving the Sites and their content.
- Providing technical and other support.
- Soliciting reviews and generating leads.
- Sending promotional communications (e.g., information about Units, services, features, surveys, newsletters, offers, and events), subject to consent where required.
- Enabling service providers to perform responsibilities in connection with our operations.
- Fulfilling purposes for which information is provided.
- Carrying out obligations and enforcing rights arising from agreements (including billing and collection).
- Notifying you about changes to Units, Sites, or other services.
- Allowing participation in interactive features.
- Enhancing safety and security of Sites and services.
- Verifying identity and preventing fraud or other unauthorized/illegal activity.
- Enabling marketing, remarketing, targeted advertising, and similar services by us or service providers (subject to consent where required), including advertising on third-party websites.
- Any other purpose described at the time of collection or with your consent.
We may also use anonymized or aggregated information that does not directly identify you for any purpose permitted by law (e.g., creating marketing materials such as testimonials, case studies, white papers, calculators).
We may collect statistical data that does not include personal data but may be maintained or associated with personal data obtained from other sources. This helps us improve our services and deliver a more personalized experience, including:
- Estimating audience size and understanding usage patterns.
- Storing preferences to customize the Sites.
- Speeding up searches.
- Recognizing you upon return visits.
Disclosure of Personal Information
We do not sell, trade, share, or transfer personal information except in these limited circumstances:
- To an agent of the guest (e.g., a travel agent booking on behalf of the guest), in Aisling Baile’s reasonable judgment.
- To third parties supplying services the guest has purchased, to the extent necessary.
- To third parties retained by Aisling Baile to perform functions on our behalf (e.g., reservations handling, data processing or storage, guest surveys/research, screening and verification).
- To agents evaluating creditworthiness or collecting past due accounts.
- To public authorities or their agents if there is an imminent danger to life or property, or where disclosure is legally compelled.
- As required by law, warrant, or other compelling legal authority.
Any disclosure to third parties is made on a confidential basis and limited to the purpose for which it is disclosed.
Security of Personal Information
We maintain secure data storage and safeguards to protect personal information from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure. Access is limited to employees and service providers who require the information for the purposes outlined above, and we have agreements in place with service providers to safeguard the information they hold. We retain personal information only as long as necessary for the stated purposes or as required by law.
SMS Privacy Notice
We respect your privacy. Mobile information collected for SMS communications will not be shared, sold, rented, or exchanged with any third parties for marketing purposes. This includes phone numbers, consent data, and any related personal information provided for SMS enrollment. Any data sharing described elsewhere in this policy does not apply to SMS information.
SMS Opt-In
By providing your mobile number, you consent to receive text messages from Aisling Baile. Message frequency may vary. Standard message and data rates may apply. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP.
Minors Under the Age of 18
Individuals under 18 may not make reservations for a Unit (although they may stay with a guest who is 18 or older in accordance with the Terms). We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13. If you are under 13, do not use or provide any information on or through our services. If we learn we have collected personal data from a child under 13 without verified parental consent, we will delete it. If you believe we may have information about a child under 13, please contact us at info@aislingbaile.com.
Unsubscribe
You may withdraw consent for marketing at any time (subject to legal or contractual restrictions and reasonable notice) by using the “Unsubscribe” method in our email newsletters or by emailing info@aislingbaile.com and providing sufficient personal identifiers to process your request.
